Koicha (Thick Matcha) - Ceremonial Style

Ingredients
- 1.5-2 teaspoon (3-4g) premium ceremonial matcha
- 1-1.5 oz (30-45ml) hot water (160–170°F / 70–75°C)
Instructions

Heat water to about 160–170°F (70–75°C). -
Sift the matcha into a warm tea bowl. -
Add hot water slowly. -
Gently knead using the chasen in slow, circular motions. Do not whisk. The result should be thick, smooth, and glossy. -
Sip and savor the richness!
