Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $40 (USA Only)

All U.S. orders over $40 automatically qualify for free standard shipping. No code needed — it will be applied at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order is returned to us, we will gladly resend it — however, an additional shipping fee will be charged for the second shipment.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address input
• Missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers
• Orders where the billing address was mistakenly used as the shipping address
• Shipping errors outside of our control, such as USPS or third-party carrier mistakes

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@originuji.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to assist you.
