How to Make a Hot Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon (2g) matcha powder
- 2 oz (60ml) hot water (175°F / 80°C)
- 6 oz (180ml) milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, or soy)
- 1 teaspoon sweetener (optional)
Instructions

Boil water and let it cool for about 5 minutes until it reaches 175°F (80°C).

Sift matcha powder into a bowl.

Add hot water and whisk until frothy.

Heat and froth the milk separately.

Pour the frothed milk over the matcha.

Sweeten if desired and enjoy!
Tip: Avoid using boiling water, as it can make the matcha taste bitter.
